Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation by reason of an error made in the legal description of the Schedule to the notice hereinafter described, hereby revokes the notice dated 25 September 1979 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 October 1979, No. 96, page 3024 and registered as Gazette notice No. 813959.1 on 9 November 1979, and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place: That pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site for a cemetery), subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule North Auckland Land District Waitakere City 107.7222 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 167031 and Allotments 747 and 748, Parish of Waikomiti, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District.
