Cancellation of Notice Declaring the Reclassification of Reserves and Issue of a Replacement Notice The notice declaring changes to the classification of reserves dated 2 February 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21 of 18 February 1999 at page 505 which includes land which is no longer part of the subject reserves, is hereby cancelled and the following notice issued in its place. Reclassification of Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of both the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, from plantation reserve and the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, from afforestation reserve, to local purpose reserve (afforestation).
