Declaration of the Establishment of a Walkway to be Known as Beehive Creek Walkway Pursuant to section 8 of the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wanganui Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, that the land described in the Schedule shall be known as Beehive Creek Walkway and that the walkway will be closed for lambing purposes from 1 August to 30 September in each year.
