Restriction on Vegetation and Erection of Structures in Rodney District StateHighway 1, Managawhai Pursuant to section 236 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be subject to the following restriction: The land shall be kept clear of all vegetation above 150 millimetres and no structure of any type other than standard rural fencing using posts spaced no closer than 5 metres apart with either; i. Seven galvanised wires with galvanised droppers spaced at no less than 1 metre centres; or ii. Prefabricated netting fence material consisting of vertical and horizontal wires spaced no closer than 150 millimetres to 100 millimetres from top to bottom vertically and 300 millimetres horizontally; shall be erected on the land.
