Amending a Notice Acquiring an Easement for Right of Way Masterton District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 30 September 1998, acquiring an easement, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 October 1998, No. 170, at page 4073 by deleting the words ``The easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette''.
