Declaration That Land is Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waipa District Council on the 13th day of July 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be declared for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions, subject to the provisions of the said Act.''
