Declaration That Land Vested in the Napier City Council is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 16 March 1999, the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (maritime) reserve.
