Classification and Naming of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 of the said Act, and further declares that, the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ahaura-Kopara Scenic Reserve. Schedule Westland Land District Grey District 393.4474 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 to 7, D.P. 3680, situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Ahaura and Block IX, Pohaturoa Survey Districts.
