Amending a Notice Stopping and Vesting Road at Riverlands Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 31 August 1998, stopping and vesting road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1998, No. 140, at page 3418, by deleting all references to vesting and amalgamation as follows: Deleting the words ``and Vested'' from the title of the notice and deleting the words ``and 120 (3)'' and the words ``and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 61/216 (Marlborough Registry), subject to mortgage 171119.3'' from the body of the notice.
