Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Wanganui, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Palmerston North City Council on the 24th day of June 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Palmerston North City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the city in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be local purpose (water supply) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.''
