Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Beacon Point Recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto. Schedule Otago Land District Queenstown Lakes District 1.1727 hectares, more or less, being Area A, S.O. 24865, Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District. Part transfers 586816.2, 584561.1 and 543138.
