Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve Matakana Road, Rodney District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to an easement in gross created by transfer 448426 and vested in The Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
