Appointment of the Milnthorpe Park Society Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints The Milnthorpe Park Society Incorporated to control and manage the scenic reserve (section 19 (1) (b)) described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act and to the additional conditions contained within the agreement between the Minister and the said society dated the 11th day of February 1999.
