Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes Robinson Avenue, Rotorua, Bay of Plenty Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, subject to the reservation of all minerals in the land owned by the Crown pursuant to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVa of the Conservation Act 1987 and shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
