Declaration That Land is a Reserve, Classification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Gore District Council on the 24th day of June 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Gore District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land vested in the said council (or as the case may be) (held by the said council in fee simple), and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.''
