Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1998 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to amend the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Canadian Airlines International to authorise the airline to carry on as many code-share services between Canada and New Zealand as are filed with and authorised by the Secretary for Transport, provided the services are carried on using aircraft operated by New Zealand or third-country airlines having the necessary authorisations.
