Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 1st day of December 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Matthew Terrence Barbarich of 70A Coopers Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 1 December 1999, following his conviction on 1 December 1999 for an offence of driving while disqualified and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, R Paterson and K Hurley, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a Mitsubishi Sigma GLX motor vehicle, registration No. KN 9985 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Matthew Terrence Barbarich, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 1st day of December 1999.
