Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 16th day of November 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, David James Appleby of 1/18 Gobray Crescent, Mount Maunganui was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and 5 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 15 months from 16 November 1999, following his conviction on 16 November 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol having been convicted at least twice previously and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. M. Kean has ordered that a Toyota Starlet motor vehicle, registration No. OT 4012 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, David James Appleby be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 16th day of November 1999.
