Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 August 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Kaye Larsen, in respect of Moonbeams Infant and Toddler Centre (45031), situated at 17 James Street, Whakatane.
