Kerr has ordered that a Mitsubishi Galant motor vehicle, registration No. PO 4794 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Leslie Frederick Holmes be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
