Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 10th day of November 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Sherrin Elizabeth Hutton, of 17A Simpson Road, Papamoa, was convicted and ordered to 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 17 February 2000, following her conviction on 10 November 1999 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, R. G. Pateron and K. Hurley, Community Magistrates have ordered that a Nissan Sunny motor vehicle, registration No. RE 1420 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Sherrin Elizabeth Hutton be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 10th day of November 1999.
