Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 9090019543 On the 8th day of November 1999 at the District Court at Thames, John Joseph Lougheed of 9 Puriri Valley Road, Thames, was convicted and sentenced to 200 hours community service and final warning and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely from the 8th day of November 1999, following his conviction on the 21st day of October 1999 for an offence of driving a motor vehicle with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, the District Court Judge has ordered that a 1987 Toyota Corolla station wagon motor vehicle, registered number NF 3779 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, John Joseph Lougheed, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The Court further order pursuant to section 83 (3) Criminal Justice Act 1985, that John Joseph Lougheed be prohibited from acquiring any interest in any vehicle within 12 months from the date of this order. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Thames or a Bailiff of the District Court, Thames, by 3.00 p.m. on the 11th day of November 1999.
