Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner at St Joseph's Cathedral School, Dunedin (3827) Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the board, I hereby dissolve the St Joseph's Cathedral School Board of Trustees and appoint Mr Mike Allison as Commissioner to act in its place.
