The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 1999 (No. 2) (No. F139) Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, the Deputy Manager Compliance, Ministry of Fisheries, acting pursuant to delegated authority, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Commencement This notice comes into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Amendment to revocation of type approval The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 1999 (No. 1) (No. F122) revoking the automatic location communicator referred to in that notice, such notice appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 17 June 1999, No. 71 at page 1599, is hereby amended by repealing paragraph 4 of the notice and substituting the following paragraph: ``4. Revocation of Type Approval Pursuant to regulation 5 (8) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, the full type approval granted to the following Inmarsat-C device on 8 June 1998, is revoked with effect from 15 December 1999: Manufacturer: Trimble Navigation Limited Model Name: Trimble Galaxy Model No.: TNL-7001 Software Version No.: Version 4.30'' Dated at Wellington this 29th day of October 1999.
