Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Garuda Indonesia to authorise the airline to operate capacity of up to 900 seats per week in each direction between Indonesia and New Zealand, using any aircraft type.
