Order for Forfeiture Pursuant to Section 32 (4) and (5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 CRN: 9019025190 On the 6th day of October 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Mark Stuart Braun of 405 Peachgrove Road, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment on charges of permitting a motor vehicle and trailer to be used for an offence, namely possession of cannabis for supply, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge N. G. Hattaway, has ordered that a Holden Commodore, registration No. PD 398 and trailer, registration No. N 2008 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Mark Stuart Braun, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 32 (4) and (5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
