Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 12th day of October 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Christopher Evans (also known as Michael Tahi Te Aka) of 11 Winiata Street, Brookfield, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 12 October 1999, following his conviction on 12 October 1999 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, having been convicted at least twice previously and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg, has ordered that a Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. TS 6032 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 12th day of October 1999.
