Burnett has ordered that a Honda Civic motor vehicle, registration No. XU 6118 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Sally Marie Inglis (also known as Moyle), be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
