B. Thomas has order that a Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registration No. KR 6766 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Garth Thomas Kirkland, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 4th day of October 1999.
