Notice of Publication of Annual Report Ministry of Cultural Affairs Pursuant to the Public Finance Act 1989 Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Ministry for Culture and Heritage hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister for Culture and Heritage the annual report of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs for the year ended 30 June 1999, containing its financial statements, audit report and management statements for the period and has, with the consent of the Minister for Culture and Heritage, published the annual report.
