Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 25th day of January 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Ben Borup Christensen of 73 Hinemoa Street, Whakatane, was convicted and fined $1,130, Court costs $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, pursuant to section 30a of the Transport Act, from 25 January 1999, following his conviction on the 25 January 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge I. B. Thomas, has ordered that a Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registration No. KL 4225 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Ben Borup Christensen be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 25th day of January 1999.
