Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 1st day of September 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Kerry Douglas Stevens of 27 Dunlop Road, Te Puke, was convicted and fined $1,800, Court costs $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 1 September 1999, following his conviction on 1 September 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, A. Ngati and R. G. Paterson, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a Hillman Hunter motor vehicle, registration No. HH 8736 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kerry Douglas Stevens be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 1st day of September 1999.
