Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 2nd day of September 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Marina Beverly Wineera, solo mother of 20B Topaz Drive, Papamoa, was convicted and sentenced to 50 hours community service and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 2 September 1999, following her conviction on 2 September 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates R. Paterson and A. Ngatai, have ordered that a Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. LC 5922 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 2nd day of September 1999.
