Establishment of a Combined Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou, and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro and amendments to their constitutions Pursuant to sections 110 and 155d of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give the following notice: N o t i c e 1. The boards of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro will combine on 1 November 1999. 2. Constitution of the combined board The combined board of trustees shall include: a six elected parent representatives b one principal elected by the principals of the three kura c one staff representative elected by employees of the board of the three kura d not more than five persons co-opted by the board. Amendments 3. Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna Amendment Notice 1999. The notice entitled ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna'' published in the New Zealand Gazette on 12 November 1992, No. 183, page 3818, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5 and substituting the above clause 2. 4. Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou Amendment Notice 1999. The notice entitled ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou'' published in the New Zealand Gazette on 20 July 1995, No. 71, page 1903, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5 and substituting the above clause 2. 5. Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro Amendment Notice 1999. The notice entitled ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro Amendment Notice 1997'' published in the New Zealand Gazette on 9 October 1997, No. 147, page 3429, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5 and substituting the above clause 2.
