Notice of Granting an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87n (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an application from Cargolux Airlines International S.A. of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I have granted that airline an international air service licence to operate a cargo service from Luxembourg via intermediate points to points in New Zealand and to points beyond.
