Notice of Intention to Consider Varying a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87j (3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an application on behalf of South Pacific Air Charters Limited (Freedom Air), the Minister of Transport intends to consider varying the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline to provide for services from points in New Zealand to Nadi.
