Spear, has ordered that a 1981 Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registered No. KD 9414 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Mr Tua Thompson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
