Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 29th day of July 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Catherine Stacey Taigel of 47 Hall Road, Matua, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 29 July 1999, following his conviction on 29 July 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, K. Hurley and H. White, Community Magistrates, have ordered that a Suzuki Alto motor vehicle, registration No. KL 2978 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 29th day of July 1999.
