B. Anderson, has ordered that a BMW motor vehicle, registration No. NN 651 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Roderick Andrew Ashman, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
