Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 20th day of July 1999 at the District Court at Thames, Colin Frank Munday of 326 Postman Road, R.D. 4, Albany, Auckland, was convicted and sentenced to 200 community service and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 8 months from 22 September 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, a District Court Judge has ordered that a Isuzu motor vehicle, registration No. PW 4952 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, North Shore, or a Bailiff of the District Court, North Shore, by 4.00 p.m. on the 22nd day of July 1999.
