The Ministry and Datacom Employer Services Limited Registry Services Notice 1999 (No. F123) Pursuant to section 295 (1) (b) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries hereby makes the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (a) This notice may be cited as the Registry Services Notice 1999. (b) This notice shall come into effect on the 2nd day of August 1999. 2. Interpretation ``Registry Services Agreement'' means the agreement between the Ministry of Fisheries, Commercial Fisheries Services Limited and Datacom Employer Services Limited for the delivery of registry-based services. 3. Performance of functions, duties and powers of the chief executive (a) As from the date that this notice comes into effect, the performance of certain functions, duties and powers of the Chief Executive relating to the delivery of Registry Services will be performed by the Commercial Fisheries Services Business Unit of Datacom Employer Services Limited, pursuant to the Registry Services Agreement.
