Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 13th day of July 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Damian Jon Snooks of 81 Sutherland Road, Tauranga, plasterer, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 13 July 1999, following his conviction on 13 July 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. Watson, has ordered that a Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. JX 9878 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Damian Jon Snooks, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 12 noon on the 14th day of July 1999.
