Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 15th day of June 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Phillip John Russell of 9 Roderick Street, Tauranga, builder, was convicted and sentenced to 1 month's imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 15 June 1999, following his conviction on 15 June 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol having previously been convicted of a similar offence, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge E. B. Anderson, has ordered that a Mitsubishi motor vehicle, registration No. MG 1726 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Phillip John Russell, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 16th day of June 1999.
