District Court Judge Appointed Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint Mark Eversfield Perkins, barrister and solicitor of Auckland to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand.
