Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 December 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Judy Kane in respect of: Tauranga Community Childcare Centre (40056), situated at 152 15th Avenue, Tauranga.
