Spear has ordered that a Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. JY 2541 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Alexander John Sinclair, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
