N. MacLean has ordered that a Honda Civic motor vehicle, registration No. HW 1455 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Sonny Pouturerangi Te Tomo, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
