Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 July 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Carol Mitchell in respect of: Lollipops Educare Ellerslie (10086), situated at Morrin Street, Ellerslie Racecourse, Auckland.
