Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 January 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Stephanie Bond in respect of: Argyll East Playcentre on behalf of the Central Hawkes Bay Play-centre, situated at care of Argyll East School, R.D. 1, Otane, Central Hawkes Bay.
