Order for Confiscation of Motorbike Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 28th day of April 1999 at the Youth Court at Tauranga, a confiscation of a Yamaha Motocross bike was ordered to be forfeited to to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
